2. We inform you that the objective of the web-site www.surginnova.com (hereafter, the ‘Web’) is to facilitate the general public, knowledge about products and activities of Surginnova.

14. Surginnova and the user submit themselves to the courts and tribunes of the User’s permanent address, for whatever dispute that could derive of access to this Web. In case the User has its address outside of Spain, Surginnova and the User will submit themselves, with express renouncement of whatever other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunes of the city of Alicante (Spain).
